At nuvro, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All tags, inserts, and protective materials must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at help@nuvrofootwear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our response.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

3. Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact help@nuvrofootwear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
